NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT
The Beats sold by Pressure Squad Productions, LLC are licensed to you for use in your musical and artistic efforts.
You MUST respect the license of the beat you lease. With this agreement you can press and sell your songs, place them on your album or mixtape. You MUST give credit to the producer of the beat. It’s understood and agreed that you don’t have any OWNERSHIP RIGHTS or COPYRIGHTS on the non-exclusive beats that you purchase. The ownership remains with Pressure Squad Productions, LLC (all the rights) of the beats unless the OWNER transfers to you the ownership rights. When you buy a Non-Exclusive Beat, you just purchase the license to use that beat and the license fee (price of the beat) is NOT TRANSFERRABLE.
The Licensee understands that the original Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement does not contain any unapproved samples. The Licensee also understands that they are responsible for clearing all samples that they choose to use and that the Licensor cannot and will not be held liable for the misuse of any sampled material that the Licensee uses in conjunction with the Instrumental that is being licensed in the agreement.
The Licensee is limited to distributing one (1) version of the Master Recording for profitable use. The Licensee is limited to a distribution of twenty five hundred (2500) copies of the Master Recording, which can be distributed on any kind of recording media including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, and all other forms of Media.
